Hi, My name is Rascal!
I am the best pup ever, according to my foster mom. I am currently looking for my furever family. Let me tell you a little about me. I have been with my foster family for a couple of weeks now and I am living the life.
In the mornings I head right outside to a fenced in yard where I do my business. After that I like to wrestle with my foster sibling Lucy. She likes to chase me in the yard. After she gets tired my foster mom comes out and plays fetch with me! I LOVE to play fetch with my ball! Its so much fun!! I could run and run all day. When I have given up and need a break we head inside and get breakfast! I eat right next to my foster siblings with no problem. I’m usually the slowest and they just watch me finish my meal.
Next up, I need to check on the kids that live here. I make sure they are awake and getting ready for school. This is the best since I get morning hugs and love from them! I wait for them in the dining room, because I know they get breakfast next and I just hope they drop something. I’m not whiney or pushy, I just wait quietly on the floor.
After all that morning running around and checking on the kids, its time for a nap. My foster family heads to work and daycare and I head downstairs to the couch! This is where I lounge with my foster siblings. I no longer have to be in the kennel when they are gone. I am a good boy and do not potty on the floor.
Lunchtime! More playing outside with my foster parents and siblings!! We run, we jump and play in the yard for a while. The afternoons are pretty low key. I usually nap on the couch or in bed. I like to cuddle under the blankets. I’m a pretty small pup and I get cold.
They’re home, my foster family is home!!! This is the best part of the day!! The kids love on me, play tug of war, and cuddle with me. I love those 2 kids they are so much fun. They love having me in the house to play with. I keep them busy playing in the yard. Once dinner time rolls around, me and the other pups get a nice bowl of yummy food and we chow down while the rest of the family has dinner.
Later I help my foster mom put the kids to bed. Hugs and kisses all around for each of them! I like to listen to their bedtime stories. Now quiet time with my foster mom. She usually studies and I cuddle on the couch with her, under the blankets of course! Once she is done we all go outside one last time before bed. She hollers out “Kennel up” and I go to my nice cozy spot. I fall asleep in a pile of warm, soft blankets and snooze the night away. A few hours later we start the day again!
