Hi there! My name is Ivy, and I am a very sweet and special girl. I came into foster with mange, but have been treated for it. Because of this, I have a few sores and itchy spots on my skin, but that doesn’t keep me from being a happy girl. When I first meet you, I will likely be pretty shy and scared, but I warm up quickly. I tend to keep to myself (my favorite spot is the couch), but if you come to cuddle with me, I won’t turn you away. Every time I see you, I will wag my tail in excitement! I love food! So much so, that I might invade your personal space while you are eating! I also like to chew on stuff from time to time, so watch your shoes! I am potty trained, but did have one accident in the house, but I’m still pretty young and learning. Even though I am shy, I am not aggressive at all. I’m just a little scared around new people and in new places, and it takes me some time to adjust. I have a canine sister who I get along with. We play with each other outside, but when indoors we kind of do our own thing. I also live with cats, but I don’t seem interested in them. I would do best in a home with other canine friend(s). I am looking for someone to love me and keep me safe, so that I can come out of my shell and live my best life!
Ivy arrived to us full of mange. She is receiving treatment and will need to continue receiving Nexgard monthly.
Please consider funding a share of Ivy's medical expenses.
