Hi I'm Frisco! I'm a friendly guy who loves head scratches/people/cats/dogs! I love everyone! I even let my canine foster siblings playfully drag me around! I'm just happy to have a warm bed and food all the time, instead of living outside and not knowing when I'll get food again. I enjoy being outside as well, but I stick close to my foster family.
