Hi! I'm Chip and I'm a lover! I LOVE food, treats, laps, pets & scratches, toys, playtime, and other cats! I LOVE life! You see, I was thrown outside to fend for myself and I was really cold and scared. Now I have a home again and I LOVE it. I thank my foster humans every day by purring on their laps and licking their heads.
